Your donation helps us continue the award-recognized support for Ukrainian refugee families
Our mission is to create conditions in which children with disabilities and various health challenges can find their place in adult life and function with equal rights in society.
We strive to build a world where every child — regardless of limitations — has the chance to grow, gain independence, and feel a sense of belonging. We support not only children, but entire families, creating a safe space of empathy, integration, and understanding.
Eleon Foundation was established on November 29, 2022, and since then has actively supported families raising children with special needs. Our main goal is to provide comprehensive assistance to all those in need, including families who were forced to leave their homes due to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation and now live in Poland.
The founders of Eleon Foundation have many years of experience in helping vulnerable groups. We are also the founders of the charitable “Eleon” Foundation in Ukraine, which since 2016 has been successfully implementing projects supporting families and children.
Eleon Foundation is primarily dedicated to supporting children with disabilities and developmental challenges — especially autism, Down syndrome, and difficulties in communication and social functioning. At the center of our work are entire families — we support not only children, but also their caregivers, offering a wide range of assistance.
Although our main area of activity focuses on children with health challenges, we do not limit ourselves to this group alone — we open our initiatives to others in need, creating a space of integration, understanding, and mutual support.
We focus on providing comprehensive care, which includes:
We are developing a therapy program designed to support the emotional and physical development of children. It will include:Â
Hippotherapy, canine therapy, and feline therapy – strengthening emotional and physical development
Sensory therapy – supporting cognitive and motor skills
